Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with AS Stream. AS Stream is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any streaming service unless explicitly stated.
Orders and payment
- An order is reserved when you place it and confirmed only after we have verified your payment.
- Uploading a receipt does not confirm a payment; we check every payment by hand.
- Prices are shown with their currency (SRD or USD). The price at the time of ordering applies.
Subscription periods
- A period runs for the number of calendar months you bought, from the service start date.
- Renewals paid on or before the renewal date are added to the end of your current period.
- For late renewals we either continue from the previous renewal date or restart from the date service resumes; we tell you which applies when confirming.
Your account security
We will never ask you for the password of a streaming account. Do not share passwords with anyone claiming to represent us.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused period.
