AS Stream collects only what is needed to process your order, confirm your payment and remind you about renewals. We do not sell your data and we never ask for streaming account passwords.
What we collect
- Your name and WhatsApp number, to identify your order and contact you.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- Order details: package, duration, amount, payment method and dates.
- Payment receipts you upload, so we can verify your payment.
- Whether you agreed to receive renewal reminders on WhatsApp.
How we use it
- To verify payments by hand and start or renew your subscription.
- To send renewal reminders, unless you ask us to stop. Reply “stop” or tell us on WhatsApp.
- To keep accurate financial records.
How long we keep it
- Payment receipt files are deleted 180 days after an order is settled.
- Payment and order records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping.
- You can ask us to delete your contact details when you no longer have an active subscription.
Security
Order tracking uses private, unguessable links. Tracking pages show your number only partially. Administrative access is protected by passwords, rate limiting and audit logging.
